Access and purpose

With the owner's consent, the desktop application reads Gmail messages, message metadata and labels, and Google Calendar calendar and event information. These records support personal briefings, upcoming-event review, and follow-up tracking. Only read-only Gmail and Calendar authorization scopes are requested.

Storage and processing

OAuth credentials are stored in encrypted local storage on the Windows host. Raw collected email records remain in the owner's private local email system rather than on this website. The personal-operations layer retains bounded summaries, source-health information, and tracking metadata. Selected summaries may be transmitted to OpenAI services used by the owner to generate or review personal briefings. The application does not publish private source records on this website, sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models.

Control and retention

The owner may revoke Google access through their Google Account's third-party connections settings at any time. Revocation stops future authorized collection but does not automatically erase records already retained locally. The owner can remove local credentials and retained application data separately. Local records are retained for personal continuity until removed or replaced under the application's retention settings.

Website

This static information site has no application login, forms, advertising, analytics scripts, or access to the desktop application's credentials. The hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site.

Limited Use

Personal Operations Readonly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
